What is Red White and Give?

Red White and Give is a fundraising platform built for American patriots — veterans, families, faith communities, and conservative causes — to raise money in a values-aligned environment free from ideological deplatforming. Every campaign is reviewed before going live for accountability, but lawful campaigns are protected from removal for their viewpoint.
How do I get an invitation to join?

Red White and Give is currently invite-only during our beta launch. If you know an existing member, ask them to request an invitation on your behalf, or email support@redwhiteandgive.com and we will add you to the waitlist. Invitations are active for 7 days once issued.
How do I start a campaign?

Create an account, then click "Start a Campaign" in the navigation. Fill out your campaign details, add up to 10 photos, and submit for review. Our team reviews campaigns within 1–2 business days and will email you when your campaign is approved or if we need more information.
Campaigns & Funds
Can I edit my campaign after it has been approved?

You can freely edit campaign details (title, description, goals, dates) while your campaign is in draft or submitted status. Once approved, some fields become locked to protect donors who already contributed. Contact support@redwhiteandgive.com if you need changes after approval.
What happens if I do not reach my fundraising goal?

If you selected "Guaranteed" goal type, you keep every dollar raised regardless of whether you hit your target. If you selected "All or Nothing," donors are automatically refunded when the campaign ends without reaching the goal, and no funds are disbursed.
How long does it take to receive funds after my campaign ends?

After your campaign ends, our team processes settlement within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email with the disbursement details and the final breakdown of funds raised, platform fee, and net proceeds.
Donations & Refunds
What is the platform fee on Red White and Give?

Red White and Give charges an 18% platform fee on public donations. This single fee covers payment processing, fraud protection, campaign review, and platform costs — there are no additional hidden deductions. Internal fund donations from our private benefactor pool carry no fee.
Is my donation tax-deductible?

Donations to individual campaigns on Red White and Give are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, because most campaigns are personal fundraisers rather than registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Please consult a tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
How do I request a refund on a donation?

If a campaign was fraudulent or violated our community standards, email support@redwhiteandgive.com with the campaign link and your transaction details. For all-or-nothing campaigns that did not reach their goal, refunds are issued automatically. Refunds for other cases are evaluated case-by-case.
Trust & Safety
How do I report a suspicious or fraudulent campaign?

Every campaign page has a "Report" button in the sidebar. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including suspending campaigns that violate our community standards. We also run automated fraud checks nightly on every active campaign.
What types of campaigns are not allowed?

Campaigns that violate federal law, promote violence, or are fraudulent are prohibited and will be removed. We do not, however, restrict campaigns based on political viewpoint, religious belief, or ideological stance — that is a core commitment of Red White and Give.
